Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
